Eric’s skills were born in “The Crucible of Crisis.” After suffering the loss of his wife Kenisha in 2016, Eric felt compelled to write his first book “From Grief to Glory, The Rise of the Centurion.” Eric never knew that this book would be the catalyst to propel him into the speaking business. His message of hope and determination has helped many to not give up. Eric is now on a mission to help companies learn how to rise and be better. Eric will show you how to shift into a higher gear and realize the purpose in your pain.

REAL IMPACT
Eric has taught sales workshops on the art of the consultative sales approach. He knows that selling is all about building relationships and focusing on the needs of the client. Eric began his career a Territory Sales Manager for Contiki Vacations and Travel Charter International. In this role he frequently facilitated training workshops for sales development with travel agencies across the country. At Chase bank he rose through the ranks of personal bankers to become one of the first Private Client Bankers in Michigan.
Leader & Relationship Builder
Using his relationship building skills, he was able to secure many high-profile investment accounts. After the branch manager took a medical leave of absence, Eric and another colleague rose to the occasion to co-manage the sales force for the branch. Through his guidance, the branch recorded significant growth in investment sales, client acquisition and retention. Eric went on to work for Delta Airlines where he quickly excelled into leadership. He became a member of the Front-Line Involvement Team, which was a direct liaison between management and the employees. Eric was instrumental in speaking to various groups within the company to help foster teamwork and drive the corporate vision.
